General Bot Rules

The Bots play their hand from top to bottom like a stack of cards and make not effort to strategically play cards in a certain order.  As compensation for this, when a Bot plays a card with your event on it, it is not triggered.  Similarly, if a Bot plays an Unassociated event, the OPS value is also added to its Reserve.  Also, the Bot will add Reserve to every Operation play to increase it up to three to the extent possible and if needed, and Reserves will carry over into the next turn (they are not depleted at the end of the turn).
