- Make sure you have logged into the correct App Store account, then go to the In-App Store in the app and select the “Restore Purchases” button.
- If this doesn't unlock the content expected, we've had that in 9 out of 10 cases, this process will correct the issue:
- Log out of your App Store account in the Settings on the device.
- Power down the device and reboot it.
- Launch the app and go to the In-App Store.
- Select the "Restore Purchases" button.
- Enter your Apple ID and password when prompted and your purchases should restore properly.
